Hi, I'm Gemma. I'm a mum to three boys, a Sunday Times best-selling author, and birth & postnatal digital doula based in Kent.

I have over a decade of experience working with parents and parents-to-be.  I am passionate about supporting people to have a positive birth experience and a positive transition into parenthood. I support all kinds of birth and lifestyle choices, whether you are preparing for a C-section or a home birth or if you need a little extra support to settle into parenthood.
